The workshop is organized in three 1hr modules (see agenda for content):
- 14:00-15:00: The Impactful TTO, Niklas Gronberg, LTU Business, Sweden
- 15:00-16:00: Building the Business Case, Unai Calvar, Tecnalia Ventures, Spain
- 16:00-17:00: The right exploitation strategy, John Whelan, Trinity College, Ireland
The workshop starts at 14:00 on 22nd October and ends at 17:00.
The workshop will feature small classes of selected attendees who will bring their own IP cases to maximize learning. It is mandatory to attend to all the three modules. Workshops are free of charge. The workshop will be replicated in various locations in EU until end of 2020.
